Brisbane’s inaugural Red Carpet Fashion Show 2015 is a multicultural fashion event bringing together talented fashion and accessory designers.

The story about the show was published on Mediatimes four weeks before the show. The story was viewed by more than 1500 people and shared multiple times on social channels such as Facebook and twitter.

The purpose of publishing story about Red Carpet fashion show was to give more exposure to the show. And a major challenge was to find the target audience who are mainly living in Brisbane.

Mediatimes has a huge readership in Brisbane and was a perfect platform to promote Red carpet show.

Mediatimes worked with the Red carpet team to create a story on the show. The sponsored story was mainly about the main highlights of the show such as the dance performances, showcase of the creative designers, and of course the fashion show itself.

After the story was created, Mediatimes helped increase the reach of the event by promoting the story to the relevant channels such as Mediatimes Facebook and twitter page, and Indians in Australia Facebook page.

The story was well received by the audience, and provided excellent exposure to the show. This resulted in higher number of ticket sales much more than expected and the show was a huge success.

The story also attracted sponsors who were impressed by the details of the event and wanted to be part of the event by sponsoring.

We also created some graphics for the event to promote them on social media:

Ticket Design for print-

Graphics for promotional material – print and online promotions.

Graphics to update audience on the complete sell out of the event –

Following the success of the event, Mediatimes did a follow-up story on the show.  This further boosted the brand awareness, created more interested among the users, and set up the platform for other events organised by Red Carpet functions in future.
