The LUMINOUS Lantern Parade

Place: South Bank, Brisbane, QLD

Bring your family and friends and join the LUMINOUS Lantern Parade to celebrate 25 years of multiculturalism in Queensland. The parade will feature a trail of magnificent lanterns in the shape of giant wildlife, flora, celestial bodies, and symbols of kindness. The event will conclude with a festive concert featuring live music and performances worldwide.

Elvis Persley Afloat

Place: Northshore Hamilton Public Wharf

The Elvis Presley Afloat event will take place on the MV Baroness. It is a must-attend for fans of The King or anyone looking for a fun evening out with friends.

Brisbane’s best Elvis impersonators will be on board to perform all your favourite Elvis Presley hits. Spend the night dancing and enjoying the live music and delicious food. Tatts Finke Desert Race

Place: Alice Springs, NT

Be part of an iconic two-day off-road event where bikes, cars, buggies, and quads compete through desert terrain. It starts in Alice Springs and finishes at the Aputula (Finke) community. Additional facilities include a bar, carpark, coach Parking, public toilet, and more.

Dirty Dancing

Place: Kelvin Grove State College Auditorium.

The iconic 80’s film Dirty Dancing event will feature a performance by talented musicians playing hit songs of the 80s before the movie screening at 7 pm with a short intermission.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the on-site food truck Fire ‘n’ Dough Woodfired Pizza and the bar starting at 6.30 pm.

Good Food and Wine Show Sydney
